Instructor

Portrait of instructor Arisa Wongsawat

Arisa Wongsawat

Former analytics lead for a Southeast Asia marketplace. Arisa now coaches Feature Adoption Analytics rituals for SaaS and fintech teams across Thailand. She focuses on definitions that survive bilingual UX and staggered regional rollouts.

Module 03 forced us to write the blind spots under our retained-active metric. That single appendix stopped a misleading chart from reaching the board.

Rating 4.1 · Liked the critique cadence. Would have preferred more warehouse SQL samples for snowflake-heavy stacks.

FAQ

Do I need a mature data warehouse?

No. Several exercises work from product analytics exports. You will get more from Modules 02–04 if you can query events, but CSV extracts are accepted.

Is there a real limitation we should know?

Yes. Adoption Signal Lab does not teach A/B test design or causal inference. If your main gap is experiment methodology, this course will feel incomplete—pair it with a stats program or wait until your instrumentation basics are solid.

How are cohorts scheduled for Thailand?

Live critique sessions run on ICT-friendly evenings. Recordings stay available for two weeks after each session.

Can our whole squad join?

Yes. Contact us for desk or studio plan seats that cover multiple learners under one invoice path—still informational here; enrollment is handled offline.
